Seven days asthma free...

...And I don’t mean only no use of the ventolin inhaler, I mean No chesty contraction at all...

What is not included in this amazing state of mine, is that I continue to support my body with the 2do’s that pull for my stable state of health.

BTW, I don’t believe it, I when I say believe it, I mean, it is here to stay, why?, because I have wantted this for so long,..

So what are my 2do’s? In the morning I do my breath work, for me its inhale for two seconds and exhale for 8 seconds, which has me bring forward a wheeziness, that extends into my diaphragm lifting into a cave like shape and then I hold that shape for as long as possible. I sometime feel for the passers-by whilst I do my breath work on my bicycle, because their experience of me, is that of a sick sounding wounded dog on a bike.

The other main thing that I do daily is have a staple low-glycemic fruit, which means the sugar has a slow drip feed into my red blood cells, keeping my insulin levels normal, with no spiking rush, having my heart beat pumping irregularly. As  you know from my recent entries above its been red-pears or prickly pears. However, know I am commencing with organic apples, as they are plentiful in supply.
