The roll continues…
Breathe free, for what feels like a month now. Slowly slowly I’m loosening my mindfulness of asking myself, “am I carrying an inhaler?
I am just so grateful, that I wake with no heavy breathing, I look up and thank the lord.
Tomorrow, I visit my holistic chiropractor, Not for Asthma, but for how I can improve the quality of my sleep.
oh yes, and before I go: the breath-work im doing now when cycling or rad-stick by razor is inhale one second and exhale five.
When at my desk, I push my tonque out over my bottom lip, which locks my throat from leaking any air coming up and I hold for ten seconds, bringing my tongue back in on the tenth second (pinching my nose is too labour some, tongue technique is easier).
