Today was neighbourhood day!
What that meant was to go walking in your neighbourhood and do ten good will gestures.
So my family decided to prune back the bush of our neighbour, that was extending itself to more than 50% of the footpath.
We donated three lemons to each of our ten closest neighbours, by depositing them into their letterbox, anonymously.
Cleaned the gutters to our physically challenged next door neighbour.
WHY AM I TELLING YOU THIS?
WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH ASTHMATIST?
WELL...
Before I left the home, I had to make a decision, do I take my puffer or not?
Its been forty days now with no chest contractions, yet I have been keeping my puffer close, ‘just in case’.
However, I decided this time, I would leave it at home.
For those of you who get me dilemma, of should I take it or not?’, its a big thing to start leaving it home.
This is where I am at… and you know what, if feels amazing, some my say, I have my life back.
Thank you.
A.
