where am I now...

Eventhough I have no contractive breathing since Easter vacation, I do have a back up plan or parachute type strategy if I sense the slightest pinch in my chest, example I cleaned mold from the bathroom walls yesterday, I sensed the vinegar used to wash away the grime had me breathiing slightly irratic, so I deployed my strategy,

what is that ...

my secret weapon to avoid any contractiveness coming on is...

inhale one second, slow exhale as long as possible and then holding my breath as long as possible WITH MY TONGUE RESTING ON MY LOWER LIP.

That’s it folks.

You see what that does, is activate the diaphragm to change the mix of oxygen to carbon dioxide in my blood system, having my breathing come back to stable immediately.

TRY IT.

remember, slow exhale and hold to your desired comfortable times, I do ten seconds, you may do three seconds, it must be comfortable.

Let me know how you went...
